You will receive the selected storage space for your cloud account at https://syncwerk.cloud. In addition to storing and synchronizing your data using the desktop or mobile app, you can also share content with individual users or groups.
You can also connect a BigBlueButton server to your cloud account and start online meetings, video conferences or webinars directly from the Syncwerk web app.
Office files can be edited online via our ONLYOFFICE integration – even by multiple users at the same time.
The contract term is 1 year and is automatically extended by this period until it is terminated. All our servers are located in German data centers.
Your cloud account will be provided within two working days or extended by the storage space ordered. After provisioning, you will receive an annual invoice by e-mail – which you can pay conveniently by SEPA bank transfer.
Available storage space options: 500 GB, 1000 GB and 2000 GB. Other storage space options on request.
