You will receive your own managed Syncwerk server with the selected storage space and the selected number of users. We set up the server for you under a .syncwerk-server.de subdomain. However, you can also operate your Syncwerk server under your own (sub-)domain. To do this, you must set up a corresponding CNAME entry.
You can also connect a BigBlueButton server to your Syncwerk server and start online meetings, video conferences or webinars directly from the Syncwerk web app.
Office files can be edited online via our ONLYOFFICE integration – even by several users at the same time.
Among other things, you can customize your logo, color scheme and domain, use your own mail server for sending emails and also get administrative access to the Syncwerk software. Further information on personalization can be found here.
The contract period is 1 year and is automatically extended by this period until canceled.
Your Syncwerk server will be provided within two working days. After provisioning, you will receive an annual invoice by e-mail – which you can pay conveniently by SEPA bank transfer.
